THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Administrative support
- MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assist the Procurement and Trading group. This includes processing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office suppliers, on-boarding and off-boarding personnel, coordinating travel arrangements, p-card reconciliation and processing expense reports and other ad hoc tasks requested by Management.
- Secondary responsibilities include providing administrative support varying from data entry and processing pricing data for the Trading group, scheduling meetings and event planning
- Coordinate calendars; schedule meetings and conference calls
- Assist in creating documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist with presentation preparation
- Plan and organize on-site and off-site meetings and info sessions
- Draft and email department and country wide emails for special PROTRA announcements and important topics
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Associate or Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, including Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (verbal and written)
- Accomplished in the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment; enjoys challenges.
- Commitment to quality in all work, eager to ensure a job well done
- Position requires a 40 hour in office work week Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
