THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Human Resources background or related work experience
- Excellent analytical skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide administrative support of the Learning Management System
- Own New Employee Orientation coordination and communication
- Support the classroom set-up and day of support for onsite training programs
- Update (as needed) SharePoint training sites
- Partner with lines of business to obtain and modify (as needed) training content
- Lead the team with tracking and completion of quarterly appraisals
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial HR Business Partners
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- BA or BS in business/HR or related work experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a broad range of audiences
- Ability to simplify procedures and processes
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Process
- Detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrates unyielding integrity and the ability to handle confidential tasks and information.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing responsibilities and multiple assignments
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Capable of working as a member of a team as well as independently
