ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, WA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Administrative support
- Microsoft Office

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Schedule group meetings, conference rooms
- Organize visits from collaborators
- Order lunches, refreshments for visitors
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage copier and shredding
- Purchasing, shipping, receiving
- Assist in PO requests
- Assist with ordering of lab supplies
- Reconcile receiving invoices
- Be responsible for shipping and receiving
- Assist with submission of request for contracts, MTAs, NDAs
- Assist with scheduling for recruitment and hiring of new personnel
- Assist with new employee on boarding
- Manage the schedule for lab service/maintenance contracts
- Manage lab coats

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Advanced PC Skills area a must. Includes: MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, while acting as a team player, as certain responsibilities will be shared.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment where individual initiative and accountability to the team are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
