ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in TERRE HAUTE, IN.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Positive and Professional Customer Service and demeanor

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide administrative support to high level executives
- Create/Maintain expense reports
- Manage office supply inventory, process office supply orders
- Receives/Deliver messages, packages, mail, and paperwork
- Create standard operating procedures for an Administrator's responsibilities
- Maintain the organizational chart and telephone directory for the department.
- Schedule events including interviews, internal and external meetings, and other scheduling tasks.
- Accurately document meetings and publish meeting minutes
- Ensure conference room is ready for meetings.
- Ensure spaces are prepared before and after office moves. Setup work stations/offices for new employees.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- AS degree (preferred) with a minimum of four (4) years related experience
- Well organized with proven ability to attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
- Demonstrated track record of positive, professional customer service serving as a positive representative of team and organization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and contribute in team based environment.
- Able to work in highly dynamic environment at times due to customer-driven/busy demands and multiple changing priorities.
- Confidentiality is essential along with the ability to work with highly sensitive, confidential information.
- Flexible in the face of changing priorities.
- Good communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with managers, customers, other administrators and corporate counterparts.
