ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN JOSE CA .

TOP SKILLS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SHOULD POSSESS:

- Customer Service/Office Support Background/Experience
- Computer savvy

WHAT AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL BE DOING

t- Perform a host of customer service duties such as receiving calls and requests from the general public, real estate agents/brokers or other agencies.
- Makes proactive calls to determine accounts requiring close attention identifies problems and works through to resolution.
- Examines customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests.
- Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature and requires a broad knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies, programs, and product line.
- Typically uses software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and desktop publishing applications.

WHAT AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One to three (1-3) years related experience
- Detail Oriented
- Computer savvy
- Strong Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
