ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN MATEO, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Administrative Support Experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Serve as part of a core team that provides internal administrative support for the entire organization
- Provide daily administrative assistance and clerical support to the Administrative Services Manager
- Maintain Emergency Response Team program
- Prepare and gather data for monthly PowerPoint Presentations or miscellaneous presentations as needed; schedule presentations
- Managing Calendar
- Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma
- One (1) year of general administrative support experience
- Previous experience using office machines and equipment
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Powerpoint)
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
