ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PHOENIX, AZ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assists in performing routine department functions such as background investigations, balancing payments/accounts, delivering payments, conducting interviews, preparing/monitoring access, coordinating to issue regular and temporary identification badges, etc.
- Executes simple to routine computer/software commands to manipulate data, initiate transactions, generate reports, documents or correspondence, maintain database(s) or spreadsheet(s).
- Gathers, compiles, monitors, tracks and/or organizes information, data or files using a prescribed method. Generates reports as needed.
- Maintains employee time records, system requests, and orders supplies and/or initiates check requests.
- Must handle confidential, hazardous or sensitive material in a professional manner maintains or exceeds established processing and accuracy standards.
- Operates and/or maintains department office equipment. Performs functions on department system(s) associated with department workload.
- Performs simple to routine analysis, audits, research, reviews, examinations and/or evaluations of department related documents. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Provides customer service resulting in prompt, courteous and accurate resolution of inquiries and problems.
- Provides simple administrative support by receiving and screening visitors, answering phones, opening, sorting processing, distributing mail and taking necessary actions to ensure priorities are met.
- Schedules and/or coordinates activities, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, shift coverage and/or training.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High school graduate or GED and one (1) year of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Must have good knowledge of the job with substantial acquaintance and an understanding of the general aspects of the job.
