The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess
- MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and basic PowerPoint
- Part Time hours- 20 per week
- Travel arrangementscalling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and supports scheduling for other department projects; expediting work results.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Three to five (3-5) years Administrative support experience
- Good understanding of Supply and Inventory management
- Strong PC skills: including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem solver
- Ability to work in and support diverse teams including senior management
- Part Time hours 20 hours weekly
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Oracle is a plus
