ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Los Angeles, LA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Individual will be providing assistance to Corporate Finance, Editorial Desk and Sales Team
- Organizing and preparing reports for use in presentations
- Making collections calls
- Data entry
- Filing and organizing contracts
- Billing daily transactions, assist in monthly closing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2) plus years of administrative experience.
- High School Diploma required, additional education preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Data Entry Skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Client Services experience is preferred.
