The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Five (5) years of related experience.
- MS Office experience.
- High school diploma.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answers telephones and transfers to appropriate staff.
- Meet and greet Clients in a professional manner.
- Create and modify documents utilizing MS Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain weekly schedules.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experience with MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook.
- Experience with general cost accounting and creation of spreadsheets.
- A minimum of five (5) year's experience in an administrative role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Cost Accounting and spreadsheet experience.
