- Strong Powerpoint skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized and professional.
What You'll Be Doing:
- While you will be doing standard Administrative duties, you will assist in the "house cleaning" duties around the office to keep it- Business Ready at all times.
- Help create Powerpoint presentations
- Control Calendar Management, Set up Video Conferencing, Meetings and some travel.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- You need to have a strong knowledge of computer skills.
- Prefer you to have two to five (2-5) years of Administrative or receptionist experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office- especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Order Supplies- Organize the office and help maintain the lunch room
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of setting up and creating training videos
- Knowledge of scanning and filing electronic documents easily for anyone to reference
