ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN MATEO, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Two (2) years of related experience
- Capable of understanding and managing requests for hardware and software

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Handling administrative tasks for people joining, leaving and other staffing changes
- Duties to included; business travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, shipping packages, purchasing, managing Facilities requests, organizing and maintaining the department wiki.
- Managing department game libraries
- Ordering office supplies

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One to two (1 - 2) years of related experience
- Administrative experience supporting a software and/or hardware engineering team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
