ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Waltham, MA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Proactively manage all aspects of administrative support for two VPs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Extensive calendar management (Microsoft Outlook)
- Complex domestic and international travel arrangements - including foreign visas as needed
- Submitting expense reports
- Internal/External meeting scheduling
- Provide general administrative support to the department (large meeting scheduling, assistance with expense reports, travel)
- Work collaboratively with global colleagues to maintain consistent and professional service
- Participate in or lead training and development initiatives, as required.
- Submitting catering orders and assuring proper set-up and delivery
- Ordering office supplies
- Creating facilities/maintenance requests
- Assist with special events and projects on ad-hoc basis.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Confident, adaptive, self-motivated, customer service and solution oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning with new software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of organization and external customers
