ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for A CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Largo, FL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Maintains all medical records and employee health records
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc
- Type 35-45 wpm

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Admin support in a Clinic environment
- Creates and maintains a systematic filing system
- Serve as first point of contact for walk-up visitors
- Collects and prepares information meetings
- Time management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma with one to two (1-2) years related work experience
- Excellent written and communication skills with proven track record of accurately exchanging information
- ABLE TO WORK 20 HOURS/WEEK WITH PREFERRED DAYS: TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND THURSDAYS. BASED ON WORKLOAD, HOURS MAY INCREASE.
