ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Escalon, CA.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Must be Bilingual - Spanish and English
- Kronos, Access, ADP, and some HR experience a plus
- Customer Service skills
- Strong administrative skills

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support office personnel with general administrative duties
- Answer phones
- Address employee concerns/questions and minor grievances
- Assist with human resource related duties

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Ability to prioritize work independently under tight deadlines through good time management
- Intermediate computer skills and record keeping ability
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Filing and record retention
- Ability to work well in a team setting

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability and willingness to work overtime is a plus
