ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Chicago, IL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS

- Seven (7+) years as Administrative Assistant
- Strong MS Office/Specifically PowerPoint presentations

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Schedule/coordinate appointments between executives/clients, keeping executives and other personnel informed, as needed.
- Arrange travel plans (eg, flights, hotel, car, ground transportation, upgrades, visa/passports).
- Create and edit complex Word and Excel documents and PowerPoint presentations with high attention to detail.
- Process monthly corporate card and cash expenses.
- Offer support with general office administration.
- Handle purchasing, create purchase orders, managing accounts payable
- Handle IT tickets and service calls for blackberry, voicemail, laptops, email, iPad, etc.
- Perform special projects, as requested. Maintain files/records relating to project or function using filing standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma
- Seven (7+) years related working experience in a corporate environment at a senior contributor level.
- Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Highly motivated, confident, able to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to perform under pressure/against tight deadlines.
- Mastery of Office 2010 with experience and advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Some basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent administrative and inter-personal skills.
- Experience interfacing with senior management and high profile clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise memoranda.
- Professional approach, good judgment, creative problem-solver.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional organization skills and detail orientation.
- Basic understanding of finance and business.
