ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Glen Mills, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This role will support the General Counsel, the Human Resources Director, and the Sourcing Director for the Client by preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- The most important criteria for this role is a high degree of ingenuity and resourcefulness, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- This individual must exercise a high degree of diplomacy in dealing with people at all levels of the organization, and his/her attitude must convey a commitment to exceptional performance.
- The successful candidate will help manage key projects, tasks and initiatives directly relating to the Legal, Human Resources, and Sourcing functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree; Business, Human Resources, Pre-Law or related degree a plus
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to demanding and fast-paced work environment
- Handle information and communications in a confidential, efficient and professional matter
- Exercise initiative and good judgment in dealing with special projects and people at all levels
- Conduct independent follow-up on assigned tasks.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least five (5) plus years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant in an executive role for a large company
