ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Sumter, South Carolina.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

- Administrative support
- Travel arrangements
- Meeting coordination

What You'll Be Doing:

- Provides administrative support for manager and department
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Complete expense reports
- Draft and edit memos and other correspondence
- Participate in maintaining database information.
- Complete PO requisitions for payment of invoices, etc. for the department
- Approve time and expenses for employees

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Five (5) years of experience in similar role.
- Experience in Electronic Timekeeping system, such as Kronos
- Strong MS Office skills

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- Associates Degree is preferred
