ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT need for a FOUR (4) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity for Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Administrative assistant assignment in the corporate law department.
- Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings and appointments; preparing travel and expense reports;
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing; preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails; light invoicing; answering phones.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.
- Also calls for written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work well with all levels of staff.
- This position is best suited for a person who is conscientious, reliable, responsible and looking to work in a professional work environment.
