Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our client in Boston, MA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for a broad range of strategic and tactical administrative support activities for 2 executives of the marketing group.
- Must have exceptional communication skills in order to create internal/external communication/correspondence on behalf of the executives, prepare presentations and seamlessly manage clerical functions including but not limited to; expense reporting, executive meeting minutes, executive leadership activities, calendar maintenance, phone coverage, call screening, travel and conference calls.
- Establish and maintain strong communication links with the Group, Division, and Department level secretarial and administrative personnel.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing or a closely related business field
- Four (4) plus years of consistent executive administrative experience
- Exceptional professionalism and proficient working with C-level executives
- Proven ability to successfully coordinate multiple schedules and produce accurate work at executive support level
- Prior experience prioritizing multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines, and take direction from multiple sources
- Exhibit expert level application and use of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook calendar with high competence and ability to utilize other software programs, technologies, digital and mobile communication tools
- Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present and communicate
- Excellent work ethic, leadership skills, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records and management database systems, coordinating maintenance of all office equipment
- Must be able to proactively coordinate the executives.
