Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our client in Palm Bay, FL.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make travel arrangements, process expense reports.
- Prepare MS PowerPoint slides and other presentations for internal and external reviews.
- Manage Outlook calendars, schedule meetings.
- Coordinate customer visits and employee events as required.
- Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
- May perform some research or data analysis tasks.
- Support additional projects as needed. Provide support for other departments in absence of peers.
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have a AA/AS Degree and no less than four (4) years of administrative experience
- Must be highly proficient in the Microsoft office suite of tools especially Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
