JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shorthand
- Convert shorthand into Word documents
- Confidentiality is a must
- Coordinate and set up for meetings
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing; preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Light invoicing; answering phones, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Three (3) plus years of Administrative experience
- CLIENT IS PREPARING TO GO INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THEIR UNION FOR A NEW CONTRACT. THIS CANDIDATE WOULD BE THE PRIMARY NOTE TAKER AND MUST POSSESS SHORTHAND AND ACCURATELY CONVERT NOTES IN TO WORD DOCUMENTS
- Must be able to stay longer than 8 hours per day if needed during the negotiation period and possibly work during a weekend if needed
