ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Neenah, WI.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Eight (8) or more years of administrative experience
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Experience in preparing Time & Expense report
- Comfortable supporting more than one team member and interacting with different types of clients

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details
- Coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail
- Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments
- May be assigned to various functional areas of the company
- Involves routine tasks of limited scope
- Works on clearly defined tasks
