NextLink is a SAP Service Company created in 1996. Through our offices in London, Lausanne, Basel, Barcelona and Bangalore we support around 60 big companies in implementing SAP based solutions.
We are currently looking for an JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (IT PROCUREMENT) 50% to work for our final client in Basel.
Background:
Administrative backfill for the administrative assistant for IT Procurement.
Besides all administrative tasks for Procurement (eg like managing travels, expenses) the candidate will also have a little project: S/he will support for a check of supplier agreements, eg to check if the original is stored.
As this is a backfill the working hours are fixed. Planned is a full day on Tuesdays and Wednesday, half day on Fridays. This will be reviewed during the interviews.

Tasks:
. Support Procurement for all administrative tasks (eg travel, expenses)
. Project: Supplier agreements
Qualifications:
. 3-5 years of experience in an office environment undertaking administrative duties
. Must be an organized and efficient self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
. Able to prioritize, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a short time frame
. Able to represent IT Procurement within GPP teams
. Good level of numeracy and an ability to manage information
. Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills - reasonable fluency in English is a must
. High school diploma or better
