-Secretarial and administrative work with initiative and in a diplomatic, discreet and proactive manner
-Office administration (correspondence, agenda, filing, technical office equipment) for the procurement team
-Organize and coordinate meetings, major events, video and telephone conferences
-Preparation of travel arrangements and expenses
-Preparation of presentations
-Preparation of certain cost reports
-Ensure smooth information/communication flow within the team and with other functions
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Business fluent English skills (oral and written)
-Ideally experience in a similar position
-MS Outlook and Word, PPT and Excel skills
-Well organized and structured, autonomous, engaging
-Flexibility and open-mindedness
