ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Oxnard, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Position is responsible for supporting the Operations team by performing administrative functions such as reserving rooms, creating agendas for visitors, arranging catering, answering calls etc.
- Processing invoices
- Creating purchase requisitions
- Generating and revising reports as needed
- Organizing and preparing new vendor documents
- Putting together interview folders and scheduling interviews for Operations.
- Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Typical hours for this position will be 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience in the field
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
