THE OPPORTUNITY:
You will be joining a team of 6 supporting the administrative needs for HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development and HR Operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring this team are fully supported to be effective in their roles.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working in an HR function and a HR Shared Services type of environment is an advantage
- Experience with data management and MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint - strong skills required)
- Proven administration experience within a fast paced International organization supporting Senior Level Management
- Forward thinking with excellent communication and high-level organisational skills
- You will be comfortable working on your own initiatives and also in a team environment as and when required
- An additional EU language would be beneficial (business level oral and written) but is not essential
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of Global travel arrangements (flights, visas, transfers and accommodation)
- Management of Purchase Order creation, tracking and receipting
- Process team expenses
- Support large team events which includes the planning, organizing and implementation of a number of event activities.
- Formatting of presentations as required (or from draft version given by team)
- Assist with additional ad-hoc duties when required (maintaining filing and offsite archiving)
