Harvey Nash is looking for an Administrative Expert for Contract Management for a 13 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a Contract Management person to support the Business Unit in the daily operations during the TTS phase with the customer, BI and Sales department and general administration.
You are responsible for
. General administration support (eg PO's sales analysis, contract checks, discount check)
. Support of the contract management process (check all returned contracts, check sales, check discounts etc. get approvals from Sales and BU Head)
. Contract management process, working closely with BI and Sales
. reporting any complaint (eg, Adverse Event or Quality complaint) within 24h from the receipt to the ASSA Regulatory Affairs department
Requirements
. Commercial apprenticeship
. Languages: English, German
. Commercial apprenticeship (KV), work experience in a similar demanding/hectic work environment, Marketing experience a plus (no must criteria)
. Strong IT office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
. Personality: dynamic, flexible, open communicator, able to work with a team, eager to learn, yet content with an admin role
. Working style: independent, organized (multiple tasks handling, working on many different tasks and for different people simultaneously
