ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/FILE CLERK needed for a 6 MONTHS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's PUBLIC AGENCY CLIENT located in DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO, CA

THE BIG PICTURE:

- Administrative Assistant/File Clerk will PERFORM A VARIETY OF ROUTINE ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES TO SUPPORT THE CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES AT THE CLIENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FILING, SCANNING, DATA ENTRY.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Administrative Assistant/File Clerk will perform a wide variety of general administrative support work, including routine document processing and filing, and data entry.
- Administrative Assistant/File Clerk will ASSIST WITH MAINTAINING AND UPDATING CONTRACT FILES, INCLUDING HARDCOPY FILES AND ELECTRONIC DATABASES.
- Administrative Assistant/File Clerk will COMPILE INFORMATION AND DATA FOR REPORTS; CHECK AND TABULATE DATA.
- Administrative Assistant/File Clerk will assist with UPDATING CONTRACTOR INFORMATION AND UPDATING CONTRACT LIBRARY FILES.
- PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENT TEAM FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Prior Administrative or filing experience in a very professional work .
- Excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods of time, and bending are essential to this position.
