To provide clerical and administrative support to managers and other staff to allow for more efficient operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collating data and creating reports
- Operation of standard and bespoke software programs.
- Compose letters and deliver mail.
- Coordinate facility communications, noticeboards, emails, contact lists etc.
- Prepare presentation materials as required.
- Maintain a wide range of record retention processes and audit trails
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Above average PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes)
- Above average numeric/analysis skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all time
- Excellent communicator
- Strong Interpersonal and Organisational skills
- HR Administrative experience would be an advantage
