ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/EXCEL EXPERT needed for a 4 month CONTRACT opportunity (with possible extension) with our client located in BELLEVUE, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to the Event Planner for a Global Leadership Training seminar taking place in May. The event is taking place in Bellevue, WA and will house 240+ executives.
- Managing event registrations, confirmations and scheduling logistics with Event Planner and other Executive Assistants.
- Excel Reporting: must know how to import CSV files to excel and run pivot tables. Will be working with large amounts of data directly related to the folks attending the training seminar.
- Candidate will be working closely with other Executive Assistants on reports and confirming attendees.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be resilient, flexible with hours, articulate and have a good sense of humor.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Expert level proficient in MS Excel.
- Abe to work in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong time management skills.
