Administrative Assistant - Deployment Scheduler

Projektbeschreibung

DUTIES:

- The candidate will work with a Deployment Analyst and Supervisor who determine an overall plan for the conversion.
- The scheduler is responsible for the day to day scheduling and tracking of the deployments.
- The candidate will work closely with the Deployment Analyst who will provide day to day direction.
- It would be beneficial for the candidate to have been involved in a large scale migration projects previously (preferably, operating system deployments, but could be large scale system implementations as well).

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Excellent organizational skills, while paying great attention to detail and follow through is a must.
- Extensive experience working with Excel, calendaring and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, with technical and non technical people at all levels of the organization.
- Self starter, quick learner, independent thinker.
- A positive attitude.
- Able to find ways to make work processes more efficient.
- Team player who works well with clients, PC technicians, team members and project managers.
- Persistent, yet understanding when talking to people to schedule their computer deployments.
- Can handle remote supervision.
- 3-5 years Experience.
