For our Life Sciences client in Switzerland, we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
End date: 31/01/2017
Job Purpose:
The Contract Management person supports the Business Unit in the daily operations during the TTS phase with the customer, BI and Sales department and general administration.
Major Activities:
-General administration support (eg PO's sales analysis, contract checks, discount check)
-Support of the contract management process (check all returned contracts, check sales, check discounts etc. get approvalsf from Sales and BU Head)
-Contract management process, work closely with BI and Sales
-Is obligated ro report any complaint (eg, Adverse Event or Quality complaint) withing 24h from the receipt to the ASSA Regulatory Affairs department in accofance to the valid local SOP's.
Key Performance Indicators
-Contract are approved in time
-Contracts are stored and filled and shelfed compliant
Ideal Background:
-Commercial apprenticeship
-Languages: English, German
-Commercial apprenticeship (KV), work experience in a similar demanding/hectic work environment, Marketing experience a plus (no must criteria)
-Strong IT office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Personality: dynamic, flexible, open communicator, able to work with a team, eager to learn, yet content with an admin role
-Working style: independent, organized (multiple tasks handling, working on many different tasks and for different people simultaneausly
