The project coordinator assists the project managers in ensuring the digital menu board installations go smoothly. He or she will check that site visits are scheduled on time, that the sales order contains the correct equipment, and that the work is completed correctly. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and a willingness to learn proprietary database software, are essential for success. This position consists mainly of data entry, so attention to detail and strong typing skills are a must. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally is also required, as some phone and email correspondence with customers and vendors is likely.
