IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Provide administrative support for the region Europe, mainly the Medical Affairs & Market Access Pricing & Policy Team
-Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings such as advisory boards, department meetings, video and teleconferences
-Organize meetings with international Health Care Professionals (HCPs) following the compliance guidelines (iHCP)
-Cover general secretarial and administrative tasks, such as correspondence, presentations, telephone coverage, calendar management
-Respond to or ensure that urgent issues are dealt with
-Keep databases up-to-date (intranet, departmental homepages, Touchpoint site)
-Interact with all Region Europe teams, senior management and with external business partners
-Organize worldwide travels and meetings in cooperation with the in-house travel centre and/or external parties if needed
-Handle confidentiality and consultancy agreements as well as any associated honoraria
-Assist in on-boarding of new employees with the assigned team
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent qualification and some work experience in a similar position
-Ability to produce complex documents using MS Office package and manage multiple diaries/calendars
-Used to work in a fast paced environment with a high workload, dealing with internal and external stakeholders
-Excellent English – excellent oral and written communication
-Additional language skills – preferably German
-Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and showing a positive attitude
-Ability to work independently and accurately, used to multi-tasking and showing strong organizational skills
