IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Supporting the Head of Business Intelligence & Master Data Management EU and the team (telephone coverage, travel planning, calendar management, monitors and manages e-mails)
-Ensuring urgent issues are dealt with
-Administrating purchase orders, invoices and the monthly accrual processes in close collaboration with team managers, procurement & finance.
-Organizing travel, meetings and events worldwide for the leadership team members in cooperation with the in-house travel center and/or external parties if needed
-Coordinating internal/external (international) meetings including various kinds of meetings, video and teleconferences
-Providing administrative support to the local team members, such as onboarding external resources, or ordering IT equipment
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Commercial diploma in business administration, or other professional qualification
-Profound work experience in an international environment
-Ability to work autonomous and independent with a discrete and integer personality
-Knowledge of financial accrual and procurement principles
-Experience in working for managers and able to prioritize conflicting priorities
-Proven track record of managing diaries/calendars
-Know how in dealing with internal and external customers
-Passionate about working in an dynamic environment with a keen interest in taking on additional activities beyond administrative tasks to further career development
-Strong organization skills, flexibility, open-minded team player with excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication
-Language skills in English and German
