Administrative Assistant 50% wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working experience in administration along with excellent knowledge of administrative skills
- Relevant experience in commercial training, such as Swiss Association of Commercial Employees business school
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong customer oriented attitude towards their need and the required service
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Fulfilling administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager and team members
- Conducting general administrative support including database administration, supervising relatively demanding processes, checking of invoices and setting up of statistics with a template
- Fulfilling interaction duties such as informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes
- Supporting optimization of current processes and introduction of new or modified processes
- Supervising for colleagues in the administrative area, for instance apprentices and new employees
