Administrative Assistant 50% wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial training or similar
- Working experience as Administrative Specialist or additional career training
- Prior practical experience in relevant sector
- Very good administrative skills
- Ability to provide good customer service
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, an additional language is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing all general administrative tasks and maintaining the administrative processes on your own
- Associating from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services coupled with supporting, advising and informing the team
- Managing the administrative part of special tasks and acting as a team member for administrative projects
- Supporting optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
- Ensuring a smooth adjustment to the job of new employees in the own area of responsibility
- Taking over supervising for colleagues in the administrative area
