Location: Basel
Start: 3rd December
End Date: 3rd of May
Rate: 36/hour gross
Workload: 40% - 50%
Job Description:
Responsible for the delivery of simple and standardized administrative services.
General administrative support:
Independently takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager/team members. (what is given, eg appointment coordination for the department, database administration, calendar management, travel management (both logistics as well as meeting schedules), support for new team members)
Interaction:
Informs, Acts as a team member for administrative projects (eg organization of special events) and manages the administrative part of special tasks.
Supports the line manager/team and/or customers. Knows the contact persons and communicates with them.
Minimum requires:
- Fluently in English speaking, other languages advanced
- MS Office (Outlook, PPP, Excel)
Additionally:
- good communication skills
- organizational skills
- attention to details, open for new things
- high learning agility
- Kind & positive personality, high integrity & moral values.
- Enjoy team work yet independent.
- Commercial training (eg 'Bürolehre') or equivalent (eg other vocational qualification, must have administrative skills/experience).
