YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Assistant or Receptionist
- Practical knowledge and experience of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills coupled with a pro-active and self-driven mindset
- Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken
