Administrative Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Admin education with experience as Team Assistant, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to operate within multi-regional, multi-disciplinary, Matrix teams
- Competency of managing administrative tasks with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Profound skills in relevant IT tools such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing daily organizational and administrative tasks such as calendar managements, travel arrangements, visa supports, expense reports and IT matters etc.
- Coordinating team members and stakeholders within company and alliances, including planning and organizing business meetings
- Sharing information and communication between the internal team, affiliates and partners
- Supporting administration of document repository within Clinical Development SharePoint site
- Providing new hires with necessary equipment and guidance for on-boarding
- Supporting internal audit, development and maintenance of assigned projects along with maintaining and updating departmental information repositories, trackers and databases
