Administrative Assistant wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Sense of proactive approach as well as familiarity with working with senior management
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in working with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook
- Good knowledge of travel organization along with management of required travel documents and travel expenses
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Taking care of general and complex administrative tasks for the Head and its Internal team members and maintaining the administrative processes also in case of their absence
- On- and off-boarding of Internal staff members or relocations
- Informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on specific processes, guidelines and services
- Interacting with senior management such as PEC and ECN
- Organising and preparing meetings as well as planning business trips of Head
