Administrative Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment preferred
- Excellent skills in common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Competency of accurately working with numbers and correctly tracking detailed information
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing, handling multiple inquiries or customers accompanied by a proactive working approach
- Networking skills and cultural understanding are mandatory
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining record as well as changing data in Workday (HRIS)
- Administrating and supporting new hires and leavers
- Handling and processing of invoices as well as purchase orders
- Supporting work permit processes
START: ASAP
