Projektbeschreibung

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client based in Geneva, Switzerland, starting from Monday 1 February 2016, initially until Friday 3 June 2016.
The selected candidate will be working at 80 or 100% and should be present every day onsite.

Duties will include:
? Assist in the preparation, recording and sending of contracts (Proposals, Service Delivery Agreements, Business Change Requests, etc.) and maintaining all related documentation and records up-to-date, in collaboration with another Administrative Assistant
? Assist the Chief, Corporate Services to ensure the efficient daily running of his office (maintaining his calendar, screening his calls, etc.)
? Perform any other duties as required

Candidates are expected to have:
? 3 years of more of experience in providing administrative support
? Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality and to quickly adapt to existing filing structures
? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools, more particularly Outlook and SharePoint
? Proficient written and spoken English
? Good interpersonal and team building skills
? Ability to work in a multicultural environment
