Assignment duration: 10 months

Salary: £16.51/hr

Support 3x busy Directors

In this Administrative Assistant role, you will be at the heart of the UK Branding Sales team's business operations and activities. You will be supporting 3 busy Sales Directors in the team, including one very senior director, anticipating their needs and helping them to stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You will need to move quickly with the changing environment and stay up to date with the latest Google products and services. You will also use this knowledge to strategically support your team's sales activities and projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
2 years of administrative experience in a fast paced, high-tech environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must be an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
Excellent grammar and experience drafting correspondence on behalf of manager.

Responsibilities:

Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks for 3 very busy Directors (manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment).
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
Proactively manager team operations
On-board and mentor new team members
Serve as a project manager for team events and projects.
