We are looking for Administrative Assistant II for a 12 months contract position in Knoxville, TN.

SKILLS:

- High school education with advanced level training and college courses preferred
- 5 years of administrative experience including the following: o Data Integrity & Analysis Auditing o Database Management o Superior Customer Service Skills o Problem Resolution o Process Management
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions with a high degree of accuracy
- Self-sufficient and limited need for supervision
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Advanced experience and demonstrated proficiency with the following computer based programs: o MS 2010 Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook o SAP, Workday or other HRIS application
- Performs standard administrative support tasks that are secretarial/clerical in nature. Able to create basic documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knows how to access and navigate through electronic databases, the Internet and e-mail systems. Can operate the advanced features of a phone/voicemail to facilitate conference calls. Knows how to operate most office equipment. Able to set up and manage a hard copy or electronic filing system. Can organize one or multiple hard copy or electronic calendars. Can coordinate travel arrangements. Experience in preparing Time & Expense reports. Comfortable supporting more than one team member and interacting with different types of clients. Intermediate position that requires a High School diploma.
- College degree preferred and 2-5 years of equivalent experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a full range of highly responsible and advanced administration support to the Global Mobility Team, including administrative support to the Manager, to meet team objectives and ensure compliance with and adherence to department policies and applicable corporate policies. Assist the team with various activities including global assignment initiations with outsourced partners, ensuring accuracy in processing and auditing vendor invoices, designing and analysing reports, troubleshooting, process and problem resolution, and working with Human Resources, other internal departments and outsourced vendors to facilitate the global assignment process. Provide administrative support for Global Mobility team including invoice issues resolution, policy and procedure documentation, file maintenance, escalation issues, and daily activities.
