Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global New Media Client to recruit an Administrative Assistant. This is a contract role based in London.

Role Overview

The Client is seeking an experienced, resourceful and motivated Business Administrator to join their fun, energetic environment. You will have the chance to impact the experience of all new employees & contingent staff that enter the company by playing a critical part of implementing and driving process efficiencies in headcount management and ultimately contributing to the business's overall success! The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in projects that require a high level of cross group collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.

As a Business Administrator you will initially focus on two headcount management processes (but not limited to) - 1) Full Time Employee Hire & Onboarding Process
2) Contingent Staff Hire & Onboarding Process - as well as additional projects to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & track PCN's, Open Intern PCN's & Move PCN's across groups in Headtrax.
Complete New Starter Forms to initiate equipment and access requests.
Assist Managers in the Onboarding & Off boarding Activities for FTE's.
Initiate the Contingent Staff Process (both a- & v-) across multiple countries.
Contingent Staff Onboarding & Off boarding Activities.
Raising Purchase Orders.
Create/Manage Distribution Lists across the Engineering Organisation.
Organisation of engineering meetups/team events.
Ad hoc Admin as required.

As a candidate for this position you will be able to demonstrate:

Significant Business Administrator experience in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of corporate organisation/culture and the ability to navigate it successfully.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong cross-team collaboration & organizational skills.
Ability to be flexible and work quickly and efficiently.
Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and judgment at all times.
Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all communications.
Proficiency in: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and ideally also knowledgeable in other internal tools such as Headtrax, MyOrder and SharePoint.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
