On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Administrative assistant for a 4 month project in Switzerland.

The role
- Write QA Agreement with Suppliers and Contract Manufacturers
- Responsible for the delivery of simple and standardized administrative services
- General administrative support: Executes standardized administrative services following a guideline and in a defined time frame
- Interaction: Supports the line manager/team and/or customers
- Knows the contact persons and communicates with them
- Work processes in own area of responsibility: Acts along clearly defined processes guidelines
- Work results (Reports, Information etc.) of a specific team: Learns basic knowledge about services and products of the department/team

Requirements

- Knowledge on Word, Outlook
- PC knowledge: Basic knowledge in job relevant Software
- Commercial training (eg Bürolehre) or equivalent
- fluent English required and good knowledge of German
