IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Complete general administrative tasks such as correspondence and presentations
-Support the assigned team members with telephone coverage, calendar management and related activities
-Respond if able or ensure urgent issues are communicated accordingly
-Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings (team meetings, video, teleconferences, telepresence and meetings with international healthcare professionals (iHCPs), following compliance guidelines)
-Coordinate travel, expense reports and meeting organization in cooperation with internal partners and/or external parties, if needed
-Support to procurement processes and partners in ARIBA system (invoices, purchase orders, accounting etc.)
-Provide appropriate cover for other team members (including your cover responsibilities as a formal deputy to another team administrative assistant)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-You have a commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent qualification and have some work experience in a similar position
-Outstanding computer skills and specific proficiencies with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications
-Attention to detail, excellent time management & organizational skills with proven abilities to work independently and sometimes remotely from other team members
-Fluent written and verbal English (additional languages are beneficial)
-Excellent interpersonal skills works well with others
-Strong customer orientation/focus
-Business travel, by air or car, may be required for internal and external business meetings
