Administration Team Manager

Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Administration Team Manager to join Capita Resourcing in Maidenhead, Berkshire on a 12 month contract.

Capita Resourcing is a leading provider of outsourced recruitment; finding quality candidates for permanent, contract and temporary vacancies in the public and private sectors.

Our Extensions team are responsible for processing compliant candidate extensions and contract termination processes, ensuring an efficient and quality of service is delivered, in line with Managed Services Client timescales. The Administration Team Manager will have overall management responsibility of the extension team and the Quality Assurance team and support on projects, reconciliation, management reporting and process.

Responsibilities will include:

*Recruiting, inducting, training and mentoring in line with Capita standards, setting stretching, achievable quarterly and monthly objectives.
*To ensure cover for absence at all times To manage the Quality assurance team ensuring we are delivery QA to the highest level Implementing the QA process
*To conduct a weekly team meeting to ensure information sharing, high morale and to provide a forum for team discussion
*In conjunction with the On Boarding Manager, implement means of knowledge sharing between the On-Boarding and Extensions Team.
*To ensure that the contractor experience in accepting an extension from the client exceeds their expectations
*To be the point of escalation for queries from the Extensions Team Leader
*To ensure termination documentation is send to the contractor in a timely manner, and all relevant databases accurately updated.

We are looking for an experienced team leader/team manager with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and project manage effectively are of equal importance.

Whilst not essential, previous experience within recruitment/knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle will be considered desirable
